World Knowledge
Magoria is an ancient, two mooned world once filled to the brim with magic and unknown perils. Countless legends are told of great wars that were waged across the lands, of the countless disasters almost eradicating the complete histories of entire civilizations, with chaos, decay, and death. Throughout short spans of peace the world thrived, and yet it seemed every generation there was some great threat to oppose lest the world fall to ruin. Such knowledge of the past is disconcerting, as no one can agree how the world arrived at its present crumbling state.
Known Settlements
The World of Magoria is filled with many settlements and cities home to a plethora of peoples. Many of these places we will visit in our story as it unfolds. Having knowledge of the peoples that reside there, their government, currency and social structure can be a boon to any player. This may just give you the leg up you need in a negotiation, a trade, or even avoid being sent to the stockade! Important Figures
Every village, town and Kingdom typically has to have someone to represent the people. Whether they be Councilors, Chancellors or Royalty, there are many important and well known figures in Magoria. Everyone deserves respect regardless of station, however, having insight on the person your speaking to may tip the scales in your favor. Are you speaking to the Captain of the guard? Factions
Within the world of Magoria you'll come across people of many different factions. There are town guards, merchant guilds, religious factions, gangs and many more. Are these people you wish to avoid, or maybe even join the ranks of. Knowing who you're dealing with can save you from angering the wrong group or discovering secret allies. Creatures and Dangers
While Magoria is a beautiful and extensive world... It is not without its dangers. Things that go bump in the night and hunt the various denizens of Magoria are all threats that you must be aware of.
